13. Beating Up Faux...Old Hat...

I watch Steph and half of her show is "Right Wing World" these days...but I also know I'm part of a very, very small audience. It's preaching to the choir...yet another outrage log on the Faux fire.

There's plenty of bright shiny toys out there for the talking heads to chase...the SOTU is already passe, they're onto Cruise ships and Hagel's fillibuster.

Truth is Faux noise has far less impact than believed...last year's election results are your proof. On their best nights they may reach 3 million people...out of a nation of 300 million. It's a squeaky wheel...and it's magnified within the bubble they've created...but overall most people could care less about faux. Their credibility shreaded years ago...Al Franken did a fine job doing this.

What will eventually pull Faux Noise down is Rupert's health. This is his toy...a corporate loss leader that is sure to undergo big changes when Rupe goes to the other side...his kids will carve up the corporation and sell off the parts...
