2. You would be surprised. I have only seen one business in Tucson in my 2+ years here

With Fux on. That was Oro Valley Hospital. At least it was until I showed up for knee surgury. Now they have CNN or cooking shows or whatever. I was polite. Tucson is pretty blue and I think business owners know that if they have fux on, they lose customers. Can't think of anything that would get me to walk out the door faster.
