I tune in to mourning joe more from a matter of habit... my finger has muscle memory that hits the msnbc button routinely... and when Joe isn't there, the show is pretty interesting. People get to actually talk and the subject matter is varied. But sadly, he always returns, and then it is unwatchable.
People have posted that Soledad's show is a much better alternative (I can't get Press), and Joe has finally worn me down for the reasons you state.
