We're all curious and end up listening to someone when we're young and innocent. Many Americans listened to Rush when he first came out around 1992. That station no longer "works" on my radio.
In my late 40s, it didn't take me long to reject Morning Joe. Now, I use my dvr to skip over the segments on UP with Chris Hayes that involve conservatives talking. I don't care what they say because if they're talking, they're lying. George W. Bush made them all liars by definition!
However, Bill Moyers is a little more reliable when it comes to conservative guests. Reality demands that we not ignore them completely. But sometimes we should just have fun watching Portlandia and laugh at our liberal selves.
