35. Yeah I have seen some pretty great looking cement things

on the HGTV....I think I'd have to be a gazillionaire to do all the neat stuff I've seen on just that channel...

We haven't gotten to the bargaining/compromising stage yet - still all in the wishful thinking stage...I imagine I will save all my credits for gadgets and let her have all the decorating wants. All I ask is that the family room be made so I can put in a good surround system and I want a gas stove in the kitchen...
