14. He usually pulls this crap early in the show

when he is surrounded by the bootlicker crowd, who are reluctant to ever disagree with him. He's kind of like that annoying relative on Thanksgiving, "Just let him ramble on, he'll get tired eventually".

I have to say though, I was surprised that someone didn't challenge him this morning. It was all so far-fetched.
