He and other so called journalist brought to the debates leading up to the war were ridiculous. HUBRIS will be pushed aside and become the reesponsiblity of the next generation to realize that the press failed utterly in its responsibility to the American public. They were more than just embedded with the Bush Administration and the Military. . . . they were its Cheerleaders! I have often believed it was because this generation of so called journalists had not experienced a war and want to add that to their portfolio of accomplishments. It is hard to believe that in less than a span of 40 years we went from a dogged press that took down a president to a press that became complicite and used by an administration and president to go to war.
