They're a paper tiger - a boogeyman the military dangles in our face when they want to go to war or invade a country

9/11 was only possible due to the Bush Admin's incompetence (in fact the Y2K attempted bombing was a much better put together plan, and Janet Reno foiled that plan)

Al Queda lost their biggest donor (OBL) and can barely keep themselves together in Pakistan, let alone the rest of the world
