Just trying to roll that around in my head I would guess the times that a co-worker has committed a crime--again guessing but mostly DUI--the rate is probably well under 1% for my entire time in the workforce.

And none of my coworkers have ever been responsible for enforcing any of the laws they may have broken. That I believe makes a big difference.
