If they have bee approved for DACA, then they have been granted a work permit and a valid SSN for work..granted they don't have a green card or US Citizenship but they are being allowed to LAWFULLY work in the U.S.

How is that not lawful status?

But hey at least it's better than pink triangles and yellow stars
