The Kingdom of Snyder (formerly known as Michigan) [View all]

I have a question. How is the "Emergency Manager Law" as it is written and/or administered in Michigan constitutional? Or is the overreach SO BIG that it defies legal parsing?

The phrase "of the people. by the people and for the people" is just so much rhetoric, after all.
