63. Sounds like a scam, pure and simple.

Dress up in a FedEx uniform, act "scared" when you see a dog, run away and throw yourself on the ground, yell out "Owww- I'm injured!", and try to clear 1.5 million in a settlement. Wow- I'd be livid too.
