10. I wish I knew

No talk about it here, HCR, and that is more than half what I do. Medicaid. Overhaul and the logistics it would take for state and federal systems will take years to complete. As it is now each state manages their own medicaid programs, not one is the same. None of the systems communicate state to state. Many systems are out of date and in much need of overahaul, while some states have advanced systems. This is supposed to be fully running in 2014? I don't see it as being possible.
