most are college or high school students. A few are 30-40 per week. Most are part time by choice or necessity..the hourly rate for part time including tips exceeds most other legitimate part time jobs. I have several applications per week, but most of my wait staff have been with me over a year and 3 have been with me over 5 years..not a lot of turn over..

Hell, in San Francisco all workers get paid a minimum of $10.55 and hour and we still tip
