3. I Guess Scalia has Forgotten the Time When Italians and Irish Were Openly Discriminated Against.

There was a time in the ugly past of the US when Italians and Irish were discriminated against for jobs, housing, etc. Too bad Justice Scalia seems to have forgotten that.

And that minorities, sadly, still need the protection of laws in 2013.
