3. If it's close when the counties in the eastern part of the state report figures after poll closing

It will swing in Noot's favor when the counties in the Central time zone close an hour later. I can't say that there's enough Gingrich support there to overcome a ten percent Romney lead when the Eastern time zone polls close, but I'm still holding on to my contention that Romney's not doing as well as the pollsters want us all to think he is.
