Would The Gun Debate Have Been Any Different If "Gabby" Had Been A Hard Right Republican? [View all]

Any thoughts? "Gabby" and the victims of the massacres have been so savaged by the NRA and GOP since they have become active for "gun safety". The GOP has never lost one of its own. And it is interesting that even after Reagan was shot the GOP still resisted gun legislation. Yes they helped pass an assault rifle ban but they put a sunset on it. And they have no intention of renewing it.
