is now Kerry's 'assessment' even though we all know Kerry, himself, was against Keystone.

Kerry accepted Sec of State knowing he would be stuck taking the hits to protect another Clinton in the hopes of doing good down the road. THAT'S how it works, and all your BS and spin won't change what the rest of us know.
