I think that the "must be happily married," (for the Mrs. portion), and the age limit. I don't know, something just struck me as...wrong...about this one. It's supposed to "support and promote" women in business, yet they are judged on "poise," "elegance," and "beauty." Seems like some word like "perky" was in there too, but I would have to go back to the website.
