1. Always something to talk about here in the Great Lakes!

I'm taking a rest from shoveling the snow from in front of my garage. The combination of wind blowing across a very warm Lake Ontario at just the right angle plus a cold front left two foot plus of snow in my driveway. I'd still be OK if the plow guy hadn't pushed it all against my garage door! My driveway is down to bare gravel now after the sun hit it today, but I've still got a lot of shoveling to do!
