5. So what happens if someone gets killed or

seriously hurt because everyone knows there are guns in the house. They break in steal gun and use it, on the resident or someone else. Who's responsible? What if someone has the gun and they have a relative who is unstable, over for a visit and this unstable person has a break down? I can see all kinds of bad scenarios coming from this "Law". Not to mention all those who will shoot first ask questions later when they hear a bump in the night.
