In reply to the discussion: Bush aide: Palin ‘wasn’t competent enough’ for Fox News [View all]leftynyc
(26,060 posts)70. I keep an eye on her the
same way I'd keep an eye the doggie door to make sure a rabid skunk doesn't get in. She herself isn't dangerous, it's her fan club - the ones that would literally lay down their lives for her that scare the bejeesus out of me.
And to be honest - she's not important enough to hate and after seeing that movie, I felt sorry for her. She had no idea how over her head she was until it was too late. Imagine actually believing it was G-d's plan that she be on the republican ticket and then losing so massively. It must have been quite a shock. Waaaaay more pissed at mccain for inflicting her on the rest of us.

It did occur to me that my comment might be a bit harsh on the poor lawn flamingos.

A chimpanzee is competent enough for Fox News. Palin didn't rise to the level of a chimp?

Now that is funny. I thought the opposite. She fit in real well with the crazies.

There was any doubt about the level of competence that runs all the way through their camp?
