to implement the shock doctrine in what was once a rather free country. Notice one of the first things they implemented was the destruction of education... so that the people wouldn't be smart enough to see the writing on the wall with their own blood. It's not completely working out as they pictured it... yet. They managed to convince a few teabagger fools but the rest of us aren't going quietly into the night so I guess they feel the need for another "phase" of bu$hness to fix that problem.
