We are both self-employed and work long hours. We have very active lives with work, spiritual practices, and physical activity like walking and martial arts. But for fun at home, we watch very little TV which is often mindless and only passive entertainment.
Playing a video game is much more interactive and mentally stimulating. It is also fun to be able to play together though it is harder these days to find local co-op games.
