But I don't think you can compare the wages of the US with Asia. I know what people in China and Korea get paid and it is very little (especially since I have lived in both countries, the one I am not familiar with is Japan). Most people in those there countries work six to seven day weeks and well into the evenings. The wages in the US would have to have a very steep drop combined with a very steep rise in Asian countries to be on par. Sorry I think that's a bit of an exaggeration.
