the plane constitutes either an insurrection or an invasion. The guidelines are pretty clear in my opinion.

The president cannot just order a drone strike against peaceful demonstrators which is what the loonies would have us believe. But if someone is attacking us, whether they are a citizen or not, in the midst of the attack, in the actual attack, the president can set aside habeas corpus and respond without granting the accuseds due process.

Carry a gun. Make the wrong move. You could be in trouble.
