When exactly are you supposed to shoot the rapist, before or after the rape? If you shoot before the rape then you weren't raped and if you kill the person without evidence of rape the woman will go to jail. Shooting after the rape doesn't heal the physical & psychological impact of the ordeal. Claiming self defense isn't a get out of jail free card and may end the woman up in jail while also being a victim. What if the woman doesn't want to kill anyone or have to live with that on her conscience?
