3. And this is the "smart" Bush?

From what I have been reading today about his comments on the Sunday talk shows, it seems like being the "smart" Bush isn't all that great. Of course it's hard "not" to be touted as the "smart" Bush after George W. showed the world just how "smart" he wasn't!

From what I have been seeing with Paul Ryan, Rand Paul, and now Jeb, it sure looks like another repeat of the "clowns" running on the republican ticket once again. The only question is will they be as "crazy" as the ones who ran last year, or worse? I guess only time will tell, but so far it's looking like a draw at the very least!
