but when I go to PA, it's hard to swing a cat without hitting a CITGO station. That aside, I have doubts that CITGO management has anything in common with the political leanings of Hugo Chavez. Assuming that the gas stations operating at Costco stores are part of the same organization, I'd venture that those stations are the closest one could come to a 'progressive' gas station.
