It’s been ten years since the top of the world came crashing down, as Natalie Maines described her experience following her act of public courage in March of 2003 when – speaking for The Dixie Chicks - she declared onstage to a London audience: “we don’t want this war, this violence, and we’re ashamed that the President of the United States is from Texas” The Bush Crime Family began their shock and awe a week later.

European audiences gave them rousing support while US rednecks smashed their records, cancelled their concerts and right-wingnuts went medieval on the top-of-the-charts crossover country girl group, calling them everything but human beings for daring to protest an upcoming illegal invasion that would cost so many lives (and so many billions of unnecessary taxpayer dollars, for your libertarians) and lock us in a Mideast quagmire a decade later.

So quote a country phrase – who’s sorry now?

Speaking of the Bush Crime Family’s atrocities both foreign and domestic, it’s time for a civil liberties reality check – which president earns a higher overall grade, Barack Obama or George W. Bush? The answer may surprise you – or not.

And did you hear this from Slick Willy? Bill Clinton now says DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) is unconstitutional, but . . . but he signed it into law back in 1996?! And on the eve of the new Pope’s election, it has been revealed that the Holy See in Rome recently purchased a $23 million share in a Rome apartment block that houses Europe’s biggest gay sauna – What is this, alter boy soup for the pedophile priest’s soul? Oh, and there’s more . . . much more
