9. It's one thing to not get a toon, it's quite another to disparage those that do.

Libertarians believe in taking personal responsibility. Not having to rely on others. The people floating in the pool obviously didnt take enough responsibility to learn to swim. And it's just too bad for them if they were relying on a lifeguard.
