She just cooks with a lot of butter, cream, etc. which some people find unhealthy, but others don't. After it was reported that she has diabetes, a lot of people blamed her type of cooking for her health problems, but others reported that it has nothing to do with what kind of food she eats. Some people are just hypercritical of everything.
