10. That's the big one. What is the lesson here?

You can wreck the economy, cause millions to lose their jobs and homes, yet nothing is done. Those same people who lost everything--taxpayers--then bail out the criminals, who then continue to make huge profits by charging fees to the unemployed who are collecting unemployment benefits which are funded with prepaid bank cards.

$5 to talk to a teller, 40 cents to do a balance inquiry on an ATM, fees for charges against the card for groceries, gasoline, etc.

Apparently, they're too big and too wealthy to be held responsible for their crimes. What does that say to the future we're leaving for our children? It tells them if you have money, you can do whatever you want and get away with it.
