11. Looks like a girl to me. In such cases, the penis is an error contradicting innate mental gender.

Should have been re-enrolled as a 'she.' Name change, all of that, awaiting the surgery to repair the problem for her. Is there some law in Colorado saying the child couldn't have papers to that effect?

TG in my family had the birth certificate, driver's license, etc. changed to reflect gender as it turned out to be, not as stated on the original birth certificate.

Leaving school hurts socialization.

Forcing her to go to the boy's room with urinals would be wrong and damaging. The girl's room has privacy with stalls. Some may not want to admit it, but some boys sit down and take a pee like a girl, too.

No one would have noticed a thing, and the girls wouldn't object, even if there weren't hormones given to stunt the effects of testerone on appearance, since some girls and women have mannish looks.

The child already knows she doesn't want to use a penis like a boy in the rest room and doesn't want to be a boy. So using the girl's room, or better yet, in case of questions, the teacher's restroom would have worked.

In my public school years there were kids with medical conditions that meant they couldn't participate in physical education classes. This is a case that requires adults to protect this child, not politicize her condition.
