We use stevia for most stuff. It works fine in coffee, iced tea, my morning oatmeal (steel cut oats and cinnamon with two boiled egg whites on the side every morning) and stuff like that. But there are some things that just need the oomph of the truly sweet and that's where I have been experimenting with honey as opposed to refined sugar. So you are telling me that I might as well go for the hard stuff, huh? Buggers...
