I was investigated for several alleged non-violent felonies. Mostly at age 15-16...

I have gotten a parking ticket and a speeding ticket. Both were for breaking the law.

IIRC the rule on NICS hinges on at least 1 year incarceration for a felony and 2 for a midemeanor
