88. I don't think it really matters what PM Netanyahu believes about America, in the long run.

Israel is in a terribly tenuous situation, and the US can't simply blow the entire Arab world to kingdom come to protect Israel. Israel is totally surrounded by hostiles. In my humble opinion, the Israelis would be wise to wall themselves off even than they already have, and not attempt to expand borders anymore. It's simply too dangerous; those days are over ~ there's too many people in the world now

Maybe we could move some Israelis. if they desire, to West Texas or Nevada, and give them some land with rez sovereignty status. Maybe Canada could help out too. That may sound crazy at this time, but no one has come up with a better solution yet, as far as I can tell, and the clock is ticking. Israel is a total Catch 22, relations between Israel and the Arab world do not appear likely to ever change significantly. I understand that Israel has religious, sentimental, and other ties to its historical homeland, but barring a major miracle...an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

I'm just sayin'....
