that they ARE minorities. The law has come under fire now and just recently they had to stop the game they were playing by first stopping someone, then ordering them to empty their pockets. They are allowed to have a small amount of pot, eg, so long as they do not display it 'plain sight'. But the cops would tell them to empty their pockets, forcing them to reveal it if they had it, then immediately arrest them for 'showing it in plain sight'.

Ray Kelly needs to be fired. Young African Americans have been consistently harassed under these laws for far too long. Racism is alive and well in the NYPD.
