with edibles. You can make cannabutter for baking as strong as you want, even when using really crummy bud. You just use more of it. I know a grower who makes cannabutter using only trimmed leaves from his plants, leaves that a lot of people (foolishly) throw away. The cannabutter he makes from these leaves which contain less THC and cannabinoids than even really shitty brick weed is made into an extremely potent cannabutter. A thin pat on a slice of toast is enough to nicely sedate you for a good 7 hours. If you take too much (as with pretty much any pot edible), you fall asleep and sleep rather well for several hours.
