they take that 3rd or 4th drink,they know that they've made a decision to drive impaired,they made a personal choice to drive drunk. No one makes a personal choice to get raped while drunk. Drunk drivers are not victims of another person's choices,rape victims are.There is a very simple question to ask yourself,what are the chances of a man being in danger of being raped because they've had too much to drink and why are the chances so much greater for women?
