40. I've been there twice.

Once in 1973 driving through to California. Saw my great aunt and uncle in Phoenix and remember stopping for a picnic lunch at a rest area outside of Kingman, AZ. It was so hot and dry and toasted the bread in a matter of minutes.

Returned in 2009 on a business trip to Phoenix. It was February and the weather was absolutely perfect.
