10. Walking does help -- so does a lot of laughter...

We had a very nice evening with friends, with lots of laughter, before I began having labor pains the next morning with my first son. It happened to be a Super Bowl Sunday & my mother-in-law encouraged us to get out & walk, walk, walk. Worked like a charm.
