Economic realities far overshadow political ideology on this one. S. Korea is a major player here. I'm sure China's trying to get them to take a chill pill, but I doubt it will happen. The child king is young, but the generals pulling his puppet strings are growing old. If they're going to finish their war, I'm sure they'll be happy to die in the failed attempt.
There could be a silver lining here. If the "leaders" (dictators) do something stupid and we wipe out the military facilities, perhaps there will be only one Korea in a few years and the people of the former N. Korea will actually get FOOD again. Wait until they discover what electricity, heat, communications, and the Internet are like! That should be a trip.
