But they are usually the ones that make the longest lasting impact. We Americans are adrenaline junkies. We like to take action when something makes us mad but once our adrenaline has subsided we don't care if anything gets done. These brave young women will not get mad, protest angrily in the streets and then go home and stop going to school. No, these brave girls will quietly keep getting up and going to school in the face of danger and in the absence of outrage.
