Here is the reality:

Woman: I would like to make an appointment to have a mammogram.

Receptionist: OK - What is your insurance company?

Woman: I don't have insurance.

Receptionist: I'm sorry, you'll have to call an office that accepts patients who do not have insurance.

*****************

Woman: I would like to make an appointment for a mammogram.

Planned Parenthood Receptionist: OK. When would you like to come in?
