We really need to find out exactly why people go on these crazy shooting sprees. Most of the time, the shooter kills themselves, but now we actually have a man who was captured in the middle of it.

Don't kill him. Study the hell out of him. Brain scans out the ass, actual study of the brain once he passes, mental health screening, etc.

I want to know how to stop these damn things exactly where they start, not having to go after the weapons that are used.
