1. I think Terry Moulton is very vulnerable in the 23rd.

Kristin Dexter, who took his Assembly seat from him 4 years ago in a squeaker and then lost the seat in the 2010 bloodbath, just announced her candidacy yesterday. She's dynamic & smart & I think has a good chance to knock him off again.
