Whether Hannity "turned out okay" is certainly something I disagree with him about, but if his father had shot him in the leg and he still "turned out okay", does that mean it's okay to shoot someone in the leg?

Making your players run extra laps, take extra foul shots, or do extra conditioning drills a means of punishment can make them better players, but you can call a person all the names you want and kick them in the ass a billion times, and they won't be any better at basketball.
