4. They still have on board those pledging to end PP... SO, they change this grant policy...

That does not mean that they will not find another way to avoid funding PP in the future. My guess is that the RW VP and Brinker have done a wink wink nod nod to the RWers who pushed to end PP funding to begin with.

I still remain highly skeptical... Koman has lots to answer for over the years, in terms of how they have spent their money. Those questions remain.
