22. I really don't know WHAT the President is doing...

...some say he's playing chess; some say he's a DINO, or worse he's a Republican; some say he's practicing bipartisanship ; some say he's kicking us in the gut like he did back in 2009. Maybe he was testing to see if anyone was listening, if anyone was awake.

He once said "TV loves a ruckus." But now it looks like he's the one that loves a ruckus.
